How to Create a New Invitation Template
- Open the Data Room Administration tab in the Data Room you wish to use as a template.
- Select Templates Files section and then click the Manage Invitation Templates options.
- Select the link New Template.


- Specify this information:
- Name: Enter a meaningful name of the new invitation template, e.g. Invitation to External Members.
- Default Template: Enable this option if you have different invitation templates and want to define the given template as the default one. The default template and its attachments are then preselected when a user invites a new user into a Data Room.
- Description: Enter a custom description of the invitation template (maximum 3,000 characters).
- Preferred Language: Select the preferred default language for the invitation e- mail. Note: Users can subsequently change the selected language according to their own preference.
- Set Reminder Interval and Remind Sender After: Enable this option and define the days after which a reminder e-mail will be sent to the sender if the invited user has not logged in to the Data Room in the specified period.
- Invitation Text: Enter a message for the recipients of the invitation (maximum 3,000 characters).
Attachments: Click and select the documents you want to attach.
- Click Save.
