In this case, you do not have enough permissions.
Contact the Data Room Manager of the Data Room. If you do not know this person, contact the person
who invited you or the main contact for the project.

Check the following:
-Make sure Adobe Reader (recommended version: DC) is installed and used for opening PDF files.

Add the RegDOX URL to the trusted sites of your browser.
You can upload more than one document in one step by using one of the following options:
In the web browser, you can upload multiple documents at once, if they are compressed as a zip file.

The amount of data that can be uploaded is limited depending on how much storage has been ordered in the Data Room Center: The Data Room Center Admin can order more disk space, see order more disk space
Additionally, depending on how you upload a single file or multiple files, there are technical restrictions:
Using the browser (e.g. Firefox, Safari or Chromium based):
Upload up to 25 GB at the same time by a single file or multiple files. This also would be restricted by the amount of storage available in the Data Room Center.
Using the browser (e.g. Internet Explorer):
Upload up to 4 GB at the same time by a single file or multiple files.
Using Windows Explorer (WebDAV):
Upload up to 2 GB at the same time by a single file or multiple files.
Using Secure Client for Windows
