How to Exit Accessibility Mode
Let’s say you tried accessibility mode but decide it’s not for you. How do turn it off? Just shutting the browser won’t work because RegDOX will remember that a user set the mode to Accessibility.
To turn it off there are two ways.
Option one:
At the Login Screen in accessibility mode there are several buttons at the top of the screen. One of those buttons is labeled Standard mode. By clicking it you get out of Accessibility mode.
Option two:
- If you are already logged in, click the Logout button.
- The page will reload to the Accessibility mode Log out page. There will be two unchecked checkboxes. The second one is the one to focus on for this guide. It is labeled ‘At next login, use the standard login mode instead of accessibility mode.’ This doesn’t mean just turning it off for the login page. This means it turns off Accessibility mode for all parts of the application for the user. Check the checkbox next to this text and then click the Logout button.
- Congrats! Not only have you logged out but you have Accessibility mode off.
