How to Increase Licenses and Disk Space

WARNING: Changing the number of user licenses or disk space will affect how much you pay for the application.

1. In the Data Room Selector, click the Data Room Center tab.
   

• If you are in a Data Room, click once on the Data Room name. The name is in the upper left-hand corner under the Logout link. A drop-down list will appear. Select the Data Room Selector from the list.
  

2. In the Data Room Center Selector(?), select the Data Room Center you would like to add licenses or Disk Space to.
   

3. Once in the Data Room Center, under Overview, select Ordering. There should be two links. One is Adjust User Licenses and one for Adjust Additional Disk Space.
   

4. To order more User License:
   

• Click on the link Adjust User Licenses. The popup Adjust User Licenses in Data Room Center.
  
• Next to the label # of User Licenses is a text box with arrows next to it. You can either type in the number of users you want or use the arrows to increase or decrease to the desired number. 
  
• Once set to the desired number, click the Order button.
  

5. To order more Disk Space
   

• Click on the link Adjusting Additional Disk Space. The popup Adjust Additional Disk Space in Data Room Center.
  
• To change disk space, next to the label Adjust Additional Disk Space is a dropdown list. This list options can range from # GB less, Leave Unchanged, and # GB more.
  
• Once set to desired amount, click the Order button.
