If users have access to Data
Rooms that belong to several Data Room Centers with different settings for
Minimum Password Strength and Minimum Password Length, the strictest of these settings apply to them.
Password strength and password
length are also evaluated during running sessions. If a Data Room Center Manager
or administrator chooses more restrictive password security settings, logged in
users have to update their password accordingly during the session.

Note: Make sure the Minimum
Password Length field matches the length of the password strength level selected.
-Example password strength level
set to Very Strong, Minimum Password Length should be set to at least 12, longer passwords are safer.
